In every human interaction, whether as friend, family member, mentor, co-worker, leader or social activist, the practice of Compassionate Listening builds trust, connection, understanding, respectful dialogue and sustainable solutions. The need for all of us to become compassionate and impactful agents of change is pressing. In many ways, we are faced with intense crises and disconnection, from ourselves, and the natural world. But we also are witnessing an awakening to our interconnectedness with each other and the earth. We believe listening to ourselves and others is a key to this awakening.
Listening as one of the most precious gifts we can give to another human being. The Dalai Lama speaks of compassion being necessary for human survival. Our evolutionary capacity at this time may be directly linked to our ability to navigate conflict.
We invite you to join us for an experiential workshop designed to empower you as a compassionate and effective change-agent in today’s complex world.
